Sipping ginger-cardamom tea with cinnamon every morning increases your digestive activity and helps burn toxins. This tea is great to drink in the morning because cinnamon strengthens your heart and enhances your insulin activity. Ginger will regulate your blood pressure and cholesterol, increases your circulation, and improve your overall heart health. Cardamom stimulates your heart. soothes your mind and gives you clarity and joy.


Use essential oils into your moisturizing routine like:

Rose oil to soothe negative emotions

Sandalwood to relieve anxiety, anger, greed, frustration, and jealousy

Orange bergamot to reduce stress and lower blood pressure

Try adding them to a roller applicator and applying the blend to your pulse points throughout the day to awaken your senses.

Applying olive oil or coconut oil after bathing helps to reduce inflammation, prevent blood clotting and lower blood pressure.


These are just a few things that I do to recharge and keep myself at peak performance.
